For 30 years residents of the Inland Empire have been able to enjoy the delicious baked goods made by the Sippel family. Founded by Athena and Paul Sippel, TKB Bakery & Deli started as a small operation, selling healthier alternative cookie dough recipes that their children, Brandon, Nathan, and Melina, sold door-to-door in their neighborhood.

Today, TKB is one of the most successful delis in America, supplying to three major grocery store chains and operating its own production facility. The business has received numerous accolades, including being recognized as the #4 Rated Restaurant in America by Yelp.com in 2014, and the #1 Top Place To Eat/Best Reviews for 2018. At last count there were more than 4000 reviews on Yelp and 2500 on google, averaging nearly five-out-of-five stars.

In partnership with Enterprise Funding Corporation and American Business Bank, the Sippel family was able to get an SBA 504 loan, and the necessary funds to design and build a new location that could match the growing success of their business. This loan program is specifically designed to help small but growing businesses like TKB Bakery & Deli access affordable financing for major investments, such as purchasing real estate or making renovations. We are thrilled to have been able to help TKB expand and continue to serve their customers with the quality food they have come to know and love.
