VMA Communications Receives “Excellence in Design” Award
VMA Communications, one of our exceptional small business clients, has received an award for a commercial real estate construction project financed by a Small Business Administration (SBA) 504 loan provided by Enterprise Funding Corp. In June, Valerie Martinez of VMA Communications, received the City of Claremont’s Excellence in Design Award for 2016 in the category of New Construction. The business received a certificate, along with Epic Design Build, who designed and constructed the new building, at a ceremony on June 14, 2017.
The City of Claremont Architectural Commission has been recognizing exceptional design projects in the city since 1980. VMA Communications’ new building was one of seven design projects selected to receive the award this year. Martinez noted that the project would not have been possible without the funding and support from the team at Enterprise Funding Corp.
Martinez contacted us in 2014 when she was ready to expand, but didn’t want to relocate. We assisted the company with a small business loan to transform her existing 900 square-foot office building in Los Angeles County into a 2,997 square-foot office space. The $529,000 SBA 504 loan financed a complete tear-down of the existing building and construction of a brand new building.
It is our mission at Enterprise Funding to see small businesses thrive and enhance the economic development of communities throughout Southern California. We understand that business owners may not have all of the bank contacts that they need to get a commercial mortgage. Through the SBA 504 program, we act as intermediaries to help business owners secure low, fixed-rate financing, and we often help connect them to one of the many local banks that we work with on a regular basis.
If your small business is in need of a loan for growth, give Enterprise Funding a call at (909) 792-3803 to discuss your needs. Effective rates for a 20-year, fixed-rate loan are 4.76% in July of 2017. We’re located in the Inland Empire region of Southern California, but can provide SBA financing to business owners throughout the state.
