It's been another exciting year for Enterprise Funding and for the SBA 504 program. From simplification of the affiliate rules, to the changes with the new loan submission process, we've been busy packaging and funding loans. We are proud of the small businesses we've helped this past year, and are excited for the slate of deals we have set to fund in 2024.

This past year saw the redesign of sections of our website, including a step by step breakdown of the loan process, our new Small Business Resource Map, and our new Application Form, all of which have driven up traffic and created many new leads, and hopefully provided many business owners with the information they need to make the best choices for their small businesses.
